Cotton Candy Phantom!

Here is how to make a cotton candy phantom!

Step 1
Go to the summer carnival and go to the cotton candy machine
Step 2
Choose any cone.

Step 3
Choose the black, then white, then black again.

You will now have a cotton candy phantom! (:
